About Our 2024 Matching Campaign

For many people, 2024 has been a year filled with uncertainty, change, and reliance on Jesus more than ever. Our world and the Church are in a state of hurt and division, and it seems that everywhere you look people are not quite sure whom to trust. We truly believe that Jesus is the only answer, that worship plays a huge part in the healing process, and that He loves to work through His people to bring about Kingdom restoration.

The Lord has uniquely positioned our team to journey with worship leaders for a highly intentional season of deep relationship, accountability, and growth through our Worship School. It is by shepherding the hearts of worship leaders and equipping them to become spiritual fathers and mothers to those around them that we work toward restoring trust in the Church and its leaders as a whole. Their ultimate contribution will have less to do with what happens on any stage, and more to do with their ability to walk faithfully, in wholeness, and to shepherd others in their community to do the same.

We are continually amazed at how God moves when we surrender and simply say YES to Him. That’s what each and every student does by submitting to this process of accountability and intentionality. They are the ones faithfully doing the kind of Kingdom work that has lasting fruit in the places God has planted them. Getting to nurture and journey alongside them is a true gift.

Along the way, we have had generous support from individuals and churches who see the great need for worship leaders to be trained in these ways, especially with the many challenges the Church today faces. A few months ago, we had an individual offer a $50,000 Matching Gift for 10KFAM. Yes, you read that correctly! Amazingly, from now through December, your gift’s impact will be DOUBLED, helping us raise a total of $100K for 10KFAM! And guess what? We’re already halfway to our goal!
